Welcome to my web site!
No, this is not about surfing in the sea, (although I do surf, and that is my wife on the right), this
is about surfing the net for general fitness to be done at home or in the gym. After working with the silver surfing generation
for the past ten years I can offer a graded range of personal fitness exercises to suit all ages and situations, with personal
monitoring and regular updates.

In most of my programmes I use drawings because I have found them easier to understand and less
distracting than photographs.
